  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Cancellation Policy

    To ensure we provide timely, personalized care to all our patients, Johnson Primary Care & Wellness requires a valid credit card on file to book and hold appointments. Your card will not be charged unless an appointment is missed without notice. We kindly ask that patients notify us in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule, allowing us to offer that time to another patient. Appointments that are missed without prior notice will be subject to a $25 no-show fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which helps us respect our providers’ time and continue delivering high-quality care.

    We offer same-day visits for urgent primary care needs, in-house point-of-care testing, and select wellness treatments like IV hydration therapy.
