    You can conveniently book your appointment online at any time through our secure patient portal. Simply select your preferred service, date, and time, then confirm your details for a seamless scheduling experience. You may also schedule by phone during business hours by calling 276-494-0017.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Cancellation Policy

    To ensure we provide timely, personalized care to all our patients, Johnson Primary Care & Wellness requires a valid credit card on file to book and hold appointments. Your card will not be charged unless an appointment is missed without notice. We kindly ask that patients notify us in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule, allowing us to offer that time to another patient. Appointments that are missed without prior notice will be subject to a $25 no-show fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which helps us respect our providers’ time and continue delivering high-quality care.


  • What services are available for same-day appointments?

    We offer same-day visits for urgent primary care needs, in-house point-of-care testing, and select wellness treatments like IV hydration therapy.

  • Can I update my appointment details after booking?

    For appointment changes or rescheduling, please call our office during regular business hours. 423-494-0017

  • Are wellness services included in the appointment scheduling system?

    Both wellness services and primary care appointments require scheduling in advance to guarantee your appointment time. Walk-ins are welcomed based on availability.
